Antioxidants

Synthite has a range of antioxidants which can inhibit oxidative degradation in foods, fats and oils. Oxidation is a chain reaction, propagated by highly reactive free radicals generated during the initial oxidation stage. These free radicals react within the system to form compounds which cause off odors, flavours and overall quality deterioration. Synthite range of antioxidants contains naturally occurring active components which inhibit oxidation by inactivating the highly reactive free radicals.
