The Synthite Center for Leadership Development (SCLD) provides structured leadership programs that combine classroom learning, practical application, and mentorship to prepare professionals for increasing leadership responsibility.

Employee Incubation

Through our onboarding and induction programs, with safety as a part of our DNA, we ensure that new hires are equipped to imbibe our culture, familiarize themselves with our organization, and become responsible employees with a focus on sustainability.

We provide a structured learning journey through New Hire Integration Roadmaps, ensuring accelerated productivity and effectiveness in their assigned roles.

We also offer an experience-sharing platform with management, enabling employees to share knowledge and contribute across all levels of the organization.

Employee Development

TEACO leadership principles are the overarching cultural and behavioural guiding system that we envision across the organization, and we focus on cascading these behaviours across teams.

The Leadership Development Program, LeadUp, targets selected leaders identified as future leaders. The program is customized to the needs of participants and includes coaching, mentoring, project assignments, role enhancements, and behavioural development, along with additional benefits and privileges.

The Managerial Development Program, IGNITE, targets middle management and includes extensive learning through HOD knowledge transfer sessions (Executive Edge), project assignments and presentations (Smart Solutions), digital learning through a comprehensive platform, and classroom sessions that enable interaction and idea sharing.

The Supervisory Development Program targets selected supervisors and team leads to strengthen their capabilities.

We conduct focused skill development programs with dedicated financial investment to enhance technical knowledge, especially for employees in operations, making them valuable assets to the organization’s growth.

For support functions, we conduct focused development programs to ensure effective and meaningful business partnering.

Statutory and compliance trainings are conducted periodically.

We encourage operational and leadership teams to participate in platforms and programs that facilitate collaborative learning through industrial visits and knowledge transfer sessions with industry experts.

We also provide intrapreneurship opportunities, where employees are given exposure to develop into future business heads by experimenting with new ideas, learning through experience, and being supported in their growth journey.

Talent Mapping & Management

We identify critical and transformation roles within the organization and prepare succession plans strategically, including for retiring employees.

Using the performance–potential matrix, we identify key talent and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enable consistent career growth.

We adopt a Balanced Scorecard approach, where organizational goals are cascaded into functional scorecards, and leaders ensure alignment of individual goals. Reviews are conducted periodically, with feedback captured through both structured and unstructured methods to ensure continuous monitoring and development.

Continuous non-performance is addressed through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
